Test & Commissioning
Testing and commissioning is characterised by unknown outcomes and problem solving, and historically it been difficult to plan work and measure progress. Additionally, strict control and traceability of test results by system has made integration with area-driven outfitting very demanding. By tackling these issues at the planning & testform writing stage, integration at a detailed level has been achieved and clear measures and tracking established for what were previously 'black box' activities. By enabling everyone to have their own the view of the same, clear and cleansed information, improved schedule, reduced cost and 'right first time' has been achieved.
The testing and commissioning process also creates specific problems involving multiple stakeholders and often requires complex, technical solutions. Our work improves efficiency by identifying and resolving the root causes of these problems, working closely with all stakeholders and using reasoned understanding of the technical issues to separate opinion from fact.
