Some of the issues we have addressed with our clients include helping a bakery that had two ‘red’ supermarket audits move to ‘green’ in four months, a ready meals manufacturer resolve its main customer complaint with a saving of £250,000 in yield, and a snack business rectify its top customer complaint of uneven flavour distribution.
