Increasing paper machine efficiency to drive margins
Creating highly efficient operating environments in this specialised manufacturing sector is critical to business success – and even survival. increase productivity.
In nine projects on paper machines we’ve increased OEE by between 8% and 31%, and in eight projects on converting lines we’ve improved labour efficiency by between 23% and 100%. We’ve also achieved results like 43% increased throughput on a laminating line and 8% reduction in variable cost on
a boxboard line.
