Outcomes UK are a resource provision and consultancy organisation that makes a difference by supporting the safe delivery of services across the full spectrum of vulnerable people. Within the Safe Transformation Partnership, we provide individuals and teams of sector specialists; ensuring that transformation programmes are grounded in practice and supportive of recommendations set out in the Munro review. OUK are skilled in rapidly and tactically solving problems, alleviating blockages and delivering outcomes focussed solutions underpinned by Outcomes Based Accountability™, a proven methodology which has been widely used in public services across a range of sectors and organisations.
Recently approved as a provider for the LGID Children's Improvement Board, OUK have built a strong national reputation carrying out assignments sponsored by National and Regional Agencies, Local Authorities and NHS Trusts. We are part of the Core Assets Group, a leading international social care organisation.
Coactiva
Coactiva's outcomes based services, including Better Outcomes Practice, support public sector partners in tackling some of the big challenges and drivers for change, centering on localism, reducing bureaucracy and managing cuts. . This demands new ways of thinking and working to "achieve more with less". Our contribution to the Partnership are robust and disciplined ways of working that drive out inefficiency by a relentless focus on better outcomes for customers and communities (starts with ends and works backwards to the means).

We are concerned with creative ways in which resources can be better pooled to bear down on the causes of poor outcomes and wastage.
