A broad scope of work

Our involvement in advising on deals and performance improvement is wide and varied. We help reduce costs and working capital requirements by increasing efficiency, improving yields and streamlining processes. We improve delivery performance through better work in progress management, and stock and process control. We increase capacity and avoid or reduce capital expenditure requirements by improving the performance of existing equipment and machinery. Our work identifies and maximises lost opportunities by ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. We determine the cost saving benefits of rationalisation and implement consolidation programmes, and we assess management skills, qualities and capabilities to drive operational performance.
