Planning

We have a successful track record of reducing working capital and increasing availability performance through designing, developing and optimising our clients’ forecasting, planning and inventory management processes and systems.

Procurement

We work on single category cost reduction projects for both goods and services, as well as developing and implementing wider scale group procurement strategies. Using Total Cost of Ownership methodology we’re also able to identify and deliver previously hidden, long-term savings for our clients.  

Logistics

Our work in internal logistics typically involves driving improvement in cases per attended hour (or equivalent), through shop-floor process improvement, warehouse layout optimisation, WMS optimisation, and materials presentation and handling.

Transport

We have expertise in all aspects of managing inbound and outbound materials to reduce transportation cost whilst maximising warehouse efficiency – including presentation, scheduling, transport method and routing.
