Newton are searching for ambitious, driven engineering and science graduates either with or without industrial experience to join their UK and Canadian businesses. There are a range of positions open depending on skills and previous experience. We are a growing, extremely successful firm, whose clients are mostly blue-chip manufacturers. Our challenging projects deliver substantial increases in our clients’ profits through productivity and process improvement. We are looking for candidates with high potential who are capable of being exceptional consultants. Newton has grown at 35% for each of the past 9 years.
There is an extensive training programme that supports the early responsibility required of new consultants. We do not require consultants to relocate as all travel & accommodation expenses are met when needed. You will be required to work at all levels within industry, from shop floor to Director level. Work never encroaches on weekends.
There are four main attributes you will need: Firstly you must be very strong technically. Secondly a key part of the job is being able to build good relationships with all kinds of different people on site. Thirdly a desire to travel and finally we want you to enjoy working with us, and us with you.
