Developing your career
We offer you rapid career progression that involves taking responsibility early on. Within 3-4 years, you can expect to be a Lead Consultant, managing a team to deliver real results.
You start with an intensive 4-week induction and you’ll pass a further eight modules of internal training throughout your career, with many internal and external training options. Your development can take the shape that you see best, and you will create a bespoke Development Map to set out your goals and ways of achieving them. This will be supported every step of the way by one-on-one mentoring, and you will also have a Development Manager who focuses on longer term career aspirations.
We know that development means more than attending courses, so we also support you with stretching on-the-job experiences, coaching, feedback, networking and a wealth of resources you have access to when you need them.
