We are releasing four new roles to provide a cutting-edge recruitment solution and ensure we do deliver the brightest and the best.

The mistake so many businesses make is to collate a raft of market data and profiles and then let them sit collecting dust on a database. We won’t be making this mistake. One of the new roles is that of a Candidate Attraction Manager to act as a Recruitment Marketeer for the team. We are targeting a very small pool of highly talented individuals. We will not engage them by using mail merge, instead you will create bespoke engagement plans to convert an individual into our active pipeline. Whether you’re arranging events, tasking stakeholders to meet individuals for coffee, or collating relevant business information, you will ensure people will consider us as a primary option when they are ready to move roles. You will have the added benefit of working with our Employer Branding team providing you with the latest targeted collateral.

What do we need?

A recruitment and marketing superstar! We need you to be adept at recruitment, understanding the nuance and sell process, particularly with executive hires. But we also need you to be a marketer, capable of writing engaging copy and creating appealing campaigns. That’s not too much to ask! If we and you get this right, you could be immensely successful and be central to the future success of the business.
