Let’s start of with us being a business of 500 with a Recruitment team of 12 with a view of being 18 within 6 months. At any given point you’ll have foresight of the next 5 year’s hiring demands through our developed headcount model. We have consistently through our history grown by 20% year on year, so we know what to expect.
You won’t be subject to any pointless KPIs. No cost per hire; no time per hire; no direct hire ratio. Your sole metric will be quality.
You will be supported by our growing talent intelligence team and will have people introduced via our targeted and diverse talent pipelines; ensuring you have a steady flow of quality candidates.
You will also be supported by a dedicated Employer Brand team who produce outstanding recruitment content. Check out the Newton Talks podcast on Spotify or our Experienced Hire careers website for examples.
What does this all add up to? It means you won’t be overrun with requisitions; instead you will always have the time, and will be empowered, to invest and engage with the very best talent.
You’ll receive a salary of up to £55,000 plus equity and bonus, with generous annual reviews. Our growth means there is always opportunity to progress. Half the Recruitment team have been promoted in the last 6 months, with more promotions to come soon… We operate a hybrid working approach with an average of 3-4 days per week working from home.
So what’s the catch? There’s no catch, but there is a huge challenge. We demand the very best and finding unicorns is a breeze in comparison! You will be part of our Experienced Hire recruitment function supporting our Digital recruitment for a host of sectors including FMCG, retail, FS, defence, local and central government and healthcare. You’ll focus on hiring consultants, data scientists and data engineers, but given the speed of evolution you should fully expect to be recruiting people at the very cutting edge.
You are not an order taker. You will be expected to add value throughout, advising and challenging to ensure we make the right decisions. You will be in a key role to drive and improve our diversity; you will be central in ensuring we achieve a gender balanced team.
What do we need from you? A real passion for driving diversity and delivering engagement. You will be an experienced recruiter, ideally with digital experience, but we will teach you if not. You will strive to continuously learn and you will be comfortable expressing your opinion and challenging decisions.
