WHAT IS THE ROLE?

We are looking for an Interim L&D Specialist to join us on a fixed term contract for 3 months to lead the design and rollout of our Data and Digital Capability training to our consultant body.

The key responsibilities will be:

  • Learning needs analysis across the six core Digital capabilities, considering detailed technical and behavioural requirement
  • Learning design – including technical content creation, trainer guides, activities, storyboards and other supporting material
  • Train the trainer sessions for Digital training leads
  • Delivery of training
  • Prioritising and organising delivery based on the needs of Digital and the wider business
  • Working with the Digital team and Career Development Framework project to ensure alignment in activity across the business
  • Validating Digital skills and capability gap analysis both within Digital and across the business
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and making the necessary adjustments to content, method or media

Specifically, we are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of analysing learning needs and producing scalable solutions
  • Design and delivery of learning through a range of different methods
  • Led or played a key role in digital transformation programmes
  • Ability to manage complex projects or programmes of work
  • Delivery of career or competency frameworks and the associated development
  • Broad range of hands-on technical digital experience
  • Familiar with the language of Data and Digital
  • Experience of building technical Data and Digital training
