WHAT IS THE ROLE?

We are looking for a L&D Design Specialist to join us on a fixed term contract for 3 months to support the rollout of our Data & Digital Academy training to our consultant body.

The key responsibilities will be:

  • Support Subject Matter Experts in improving the content and delivery of their courses
  • Prioritising and organising delivery based on the needs of Digital and the wider business
  • Working with the Digital team and Career Development Framework project to ensure alignment in activity across the business
  • Support in evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and making the necessary adjustments to content, or delivery methods
  • Observing delivery of training and refining and updating training materials

  • Design and delivery of learning through a range of different methods
  • Managing a complex workload of competing priorities
  • Experience in driving learning interventions to meet specific quality standards
  • Delivery of innovative and blended learning interventions
  • Ability to grasp complex technical topics quickly
