Job description

We’re built on the quality of the graduates we recruit. We place 34th in the Times Top 100 Employers and in the Top 10 at Oxford and Durham. And all this from a small, friendly company of 250 people that started less than 20 years ago.

But we’re not complacent. Each year the challenge only gets harder. We need a bigger team of diverse, interesting, talented people to help us envision new ideas and new ways of doing things so that we do ever more meaningful work that matters. So we have an ambitious headcount target - 20% growth per year. And you’re exactly the right the person to help us reach our goal.

This role is an exciting opportunity with early responsibility and rapid career development. It's a role that's built around people. You’ll make a personal impact on our business because our graduate recruitment team is small but oh-so-influential. And you’ll receive all the nurturing and support to grow the fascinating and people-focussed career you always wanted.

  • Monitor our busy recruitment email inbox, prioritising and responding to queries effectively and quickly.
  • Answer candidate phone calls and help with their queries.
  • Arrange accommodation and transport for candidates.

Contributing to continual improvement

We take pride in maximising the potential of all our people and you'll have fantastic opportunities for fulfilling career and personal development. There are possibilities of developing a wider remit across our Recruitment, Human Resources or People Development teams.

Our culture is genuinely social, supportive and collaborative. Yes, the whole company gets together every two weeks to celebrate client successes, resolve project challenges, learn from each other and have fun. Our social calendar is packed, too; it includes autumn and spring activity days, Christmas events, a three-day summer event and four Newton-sponsored weekends a year, including our annual ski trip.
