WHAT IS THE ROLE?

To identify talent to support current and future needs for the business. You will learn to use advanced sourcing techniques to map the market in hard to fill/high value roles across the business with a focus on Executive and Experienced Hires. Working in partnership with our recruiters and retained suppliers to refine the maps ensuring we focus our energy on suitable talent. This role will be expected to advise the business on the best engagement approach to turn prospective candidates into active candidates. You will own and lead talent intelligence including executive search research, competitor insights and market trends to support shaping the recruitment model.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading high-quality research and talent pool mapping
  • Creating and deciding best placed strategies for candidate approaches
  • Successfully converting prospective candidates into active candidates
  • Working closely with the Recruitment Managers to create and present suitable shortlists to the business
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future roles including referrals
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders and third party researchers where required
  • Building competitor insights and analysis to support future resourcing models
  • Collaborating on team projects and reporting
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance

Within the first 6-12 months you will be creating market maps to improve the quality and number of candidates in our hard to fill roles, as well as presenting competitor analysis and reviewing and improving our referral process.

It would be great if you had experience in utilising relevant web and database resourcing methods as well as creative methods of sourcing senior candidates.
