In order to sustain our 20% year on year growth, we are transforming the Recruitment team to deliver the volume and importantly, the quality of experienced hires. We are releasing four new roles to provide a cutting-edge recruitment solution and ensure we do deliver the brightest and the best.
One key role is that of the Researcher. We want to be at the forefront of the market and to do that we need to know more about it. We’ve already outsourced the bulk of the market mapping exercise, your role will be to add to this, with a particular focus on industry. You will use this data to identify who we or our trusted suppliers should approach. You will undertake competitor analysis so we understand what our competitors do well and what we could do better. You will genuinely be able to shape how we develop as a business by identifying opportunities and key talent.
In order for our model to be successful, we need you to be successful and we will invest heavily in your development. You will struggle to find a business which provides more support and training than we do. This is evidenced by our long track record of promotions. You will receive an excellent remuneration package including a profit share bonus and a generous holiday allowance.
What do we need?
Someone who can find a needle in a haystack and can predict the future! If that’s too much to ask, then expert sourcing skills and the ability to collate and analyse market data. You will have a recruitment background, ideally from delivering research within executive search. Finally, you will be up for the challenge of delivering this transformation; it will be hard work but will be deeply rewarding too.
