We have extensive experience in robotic and manual assembly, as well as sub-assembly lines, and a range of specialty engineering processes within automotive factories, tier one, and tier two supply plants. Our work delivers step changes in cycle time, reductions in downtime, capital investment avoidance and improvements in production planning and product quality.

Most of our clients already run lean manufacturing operations and we work closely with onsite teams familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, World Class Manufacturing and TPM to identify and deliver enhanced performance.
