You’ll be joining our Defence & Infrastructure cluster, which has a healthy new business pipeline. It is an exciting time to join the team as the success of one of our main accounts has opened the opportunity to develop a much broader portfolio of propositions enabling us to have greater impact than ever. In 2022, in Defence and Infrastructure alone, we generated £44 million worth of revenue, compared to £19 million in 2018.
As a Director, you will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships to grow your sector while contributing to it’s business development strategy. While aligned to and owning a specific market group, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of programmes for clients in the broader Cluster.
You will possess a proven track record of operating as an effective leader in a consulting firm and be able to demonstrate broad capability experience across delivery, business development and line management. Significant experience of leading large-scale programmes of change within the Defence & Infrastructure sector is essential, with a passion and enthusiasm for driving change and delivering results.
Finally, and most importantly, you will possess a high level of self-awareness, the gravitas of a senior leader and a desire for further development with the passion, resilience, and energy to make a difference.
