The Public cluster has achieved impressive year on year growth, with a strong new business pipeline, particularly in Local Government and the NHS. To shine light on our impact, we have proven to increase social care workers productivity by 230% and worked with frontline staff to redesign social care.
We are expanding our public sector proposition through employing world class digital capabilities to our project work. Additionally, we’re growing our Central government market by expanding into new markets.
As a Director, you will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships to grow your sector while contributing to it’s business development strategy. While aligned to and owning a specific market group, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of programmes for clients in the broader cluster.
You will possess a proven track record of operating as an effective leader in a consulting firm and be able to demonstrate broad capability experience across delivery, business development and line management. Significant experience of leading large-scale programmes of change within the Public sector is essential, with a passion and enthusiasm for driving change and delivering results.
Finally, and most importantly, you will possess a high level of self-awareness, the gravitas of a senior leader and a desire for further development with the passion, resilience, and energy to make a difference.
