Candidate Engagement Coordinator

The details

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

Year on year we grow by 20% and this is driven through recruitment. We are in the final stages of transforming our recruitment approach and our next step is to create talent pipelines.

We will engage with talented individuals years ahead of when they could join Newton. This process will generate engaged and relevant candidates for our live roles, improving our quality of hire and reducing time to hire. This process will be managed by the Candidate Engagement Coordinator.

In this role you will create and manage pipelines for our Graduate, Experienced Hire and Head Office recruitment workstreams. You will work closely with our Employer Brand team to produce creative content tailored to the individual and the workstream; for our graduates you will be managing a pipeline of thousands, whereas for our niche Experienced Hires, you may be managing a pipeline of single figures.

You will create content plans with a clear long term plan to convert pipelined candidates into live applications. Your input will transform us into a proactive, quality driven recruitment solution. We are a business that loves data and this role is no different; regular analysis and reporting on the health of each pipeline will enable us to identify points of concern or opportunities, helping us remain focused on future-proofing our process

YOUR EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

You’ll be a high calibre individual, with exceptional levels of personal drive and eagerness for personal development. An analytical mind, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude are essential to fit into the Newton culture.

You will have a clear interest in either recruitment marketing or marketing, however prior experience in either field is not essential. You will be adept at writing creative, engaging copy and possess the ability to produce content in a variety of formats. You will be naturally curious and always looking to how you can improve, both in your own personal development and the processes you work with.

HOW DO WE DEVELOP AND REWARD YOU?

Newton’s culture is prefaced on maximising the potential of our people, whether in client-based consulting roles, or in support functions. The prospects for career and personal development in this role are no exception.

Supporting you starts from day one. Throughout your time at Newton, you’ll get support from several sources – from stretching projects, on-the-job feedback and developmental guidance from our leaders. You’ll attend our ‘Induction Training Camp’ and have a dedicated and consistent Development Manager to support your career progression. You’ll receive regular appraisals and annual pay reviews.

We offer a highly competitive salary and our generous benefits package includes Life Assurance, Income Protection, pension contributions and 25 days’ holiday.

Joining us also brings many social benefits! We have a full social calendar with Autumn and Spring activity days, Christmas events, 3-day Summer event and 4 Newton-sponsored weekends a year.
