Senior Finance Manager

The details

The finance function sits at the heart of the business, not only controlling and reporting financial performance as custodians of a £120m / £40m profit business, but also constantly evolving and adapting to the business’ rapid year on year growth.

In October 2021 Newton Europe secured a minority PE investment. This has resulted in a change in the corporate and capital structure of the business and has allowed for increased employee equity participation. Along with our continued growth, this new structure has increased the demands on the Finance function in Newton, and this new role has been identified as a result of this.

Our operating model has 4 pillars summarised in the diagram below – we are looking for a highly capable and ambitious Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance Operations Team in a permanent, full-time role based in our Head Office in Kingston Bagpuize, Oxfordshire
