WHAT IS THE ROLE?

We are looking for an L&D Specialist to join us on a fixed term contract for 6 months, working 3 days per week. This person will lead the re-design and rollout of our Change Management training to our consultant body.

Main responsibilities

  • Refine the existing learning needs analysis across the behaviour change management capabilities, considering technical, behavioural and leadership requirements
  • Learning design – including trainer guides, activities, storyboards and other supporting material to design training content which is highly relevant and contextualised for our consultants
  • Train the trainer sessions for training leads
  • Delivery of training
  • Prioritising delivery based on the needs of the Change team and the wider business
  • Working with the People Centred Change team and Career Development Framework project to ensure alignment in activity across the business
  • Supporting the design and delivery of a month-long, org-wide learning campaign on behaviour change in May
  • Conducting Change skills and capability gap analysis both within the Change team and across the business
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and making the necessary adjustments to content, method or media

YOUR EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

You’ll be a high calibre individual, with exceptional levels of personal drive and eagerness for personal development. An analytical mind, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude are essential to fit into the Newton culture.

  • Experience of analysing learning needs and producing scalable solutions
  • Design and delivery of learning through a range of different methods
  • Led or played a key role in large-scale change programmes
  • Ability to manage complex projects or programmes of work
  • Delivery of career or competency frameworks and the associated development
  • A good grounding in the theory and latest thinking on people and change – within a project-based and organisational context
  • Broad range of hands-on behaviour change management experience within organisations
