As part of our Talent Intelligence team you will conduct detailed research, analysing an extensive data set to provide clear insight to the business about where the opportunities are to recruit the best people, what new sectors should we be considering, what new skillsets are being created, to name but a few of the insights you’ll bring. You will also use methodology such as Boolean search strings to map and identify who the best talent are.

This also leads to opportunities for you to develop your career. Half the Recruitment team have been promoted in the last 6 months, with more promotions to come soon… This role will allow you to grow a career whether in Recruitment or in other functions in the business, where your analytical ability will develop.
What we need from you? No prior experience is needed and whether you’re a graduate or equivalent, you’ll just need to demonstrate analytical ability, a desire to learn and possess a natural curiosity to always dig a little deeper.
You’ll receive a salary of £31,000 plus bonus with generous annual reviews and as your career grows, you’ll have the opportunity to gain equity in the business. We operate a hybrid working approach with an average of 3-4 days per week working from home. We also have a lot of fun. We hold lots of different events, whether our firm-wide fortnightly gatherings, charity days, or our summer conference, which is 3 days on a beach! And that’s before talking about the heavily subsidised weekends you can join, be it ski trips, sailing or spa retreats!
