Sarah’s background in social psychology, her work in research at the University of Aberdeen, and her experience with finance recruitment makes her the ideal candidate to lead Head Office recruitment.
Her focus on initiatives to encourage cohesion and collaboration between our head office teams, both inside and outside of work, is paying dividends as we look to maintain our culture during the rapid growth of our business.
Outside work, Sarah enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle with her family.
Prior to working for Newton, Kate competed to a high level in dressage – even her degree is in this area! We like to think that Kate honed her high level skills in precision, flexibility and balance in the dressage ring with a specific nod to her future at Newton. Kate’s energy and dedication is reflected in the success of her experienced hire team.
Outside work, Kate enjoys walking Marvin, her beloved Patterdale Terrier, on the Cotswold Way and threatens to do this 100-mile stretch in a weekend... one day.
Robbie leads our attraction campaign for Graduate Recruitment and helps manage the candidate journey and onboarding process. He organises 100s of virtual and in person events each year where prospective candidates can chat to consultants, take part in workshops, and get to know more about Newton.
Robbie is passionate about diversity and strives to create an inclusive and equal recruitment process. He also leads the relationship with one of Newton’s key charity partners.
Hisham leads our selection campaign for Graduate Recruitment. He oversees the process from when a candidate applies to when they get the job, and everything in between. He ensures that candidates have a great experience throughout our whole process whilst also managing our applicant tracking system, suppliers, venues, and assessors.
Hisham is a great source of energy for the team, and this continues outside of his role where he works with one of Newton’s charity partners - Karachi United Football Foundation - and leads the recruitment arm of the Newton Ethnicity Network. Outside of work, Hisham’s life is overrun by sport – playing, watching or just overall digesting it – in particular following the trials and tribulations of the Pakistan Cricket Team, Chelsea Football Club and the Dallas Cowboys.
