Process

Our recruitment process is designed to help get the very best out of you and show what life at Newton is all about. It could take as little as a week to become part of the team and you’ll benefit from useful development feedback at every stage. Here’s what our process looks like…

  • STEP ONE

    Apply online

Get to know our business and if you think we could be a good fit, fill in our application form online. The next stage of the process will be our online maths and data interpretation tests.

    • Are you comfortable analysing numbers and quickly digesting complex data? If that’s a yes, then you could be a great addition to the team.

    • That’s why we ask that you complete two short multiple-choice tests, one numerical and one data interpretation.

    • You’ll have seven days to complete the tests on our online application portal. They take an hour each and you’ll need a pen, paper and calculator.

    • We want to help you prepare as much as possible, so we offer practice questions to help you get familiar with the types of questions you’ll be asked.

    • If you have any questions before the test or if you have any technical difficulties, please do get in touch with our team who will be happy to help. graduates@newtoneurope.com

    • You should complete your video interview within three days of receiving the invite. It will only take around 15 minutes.

    • How you communicate is important to us, as you’ll spend a lot of time interacting with clients across all levels of the business. We want to get a sense of who you really are, so relax and be yourself.

    • We recommend spending some time thinking about how your skills and achievements may be valuable in a career with us. You should also take a good look at our website so you can find out more about what we do.
