Newton's internal staff learning, development and training is of such a high standard our clients often ask us to provide it for them too. We now run regular client training which involves time both in the classroom and at various live project sites, offering insight into the power of operational improvement.
The process of transferring Newton's skills, tools and techniques to client teams can take anywhere from three weeks to six months, and includes both classroom and real-life practical experiences where candidates get to work in a variety of different business environments.
